Reservations are required for all shuttle services.  24-hour advance notice will provide the best opportunity for a good customer service experience.  We’ll do our best to accommodate requests received with less than 24 hours’ notice.  Reservations are first come, first served.  The return confirmation is your assurance of the reservation.  Your submitted reservation is your acceptance of all terms and conditions.


Other than N. Jefferson, a deposit of $40 is required for all shuttle services and is non-refundable. (Full rider fee for N. Jefferson, $30, is due at time of reservation in lieu of the deposit.)  

Shuttle service balances (cost per rider less deposit) are due prior to or at time of pick up on the day of service.

Full refunds will be made in the event of our unexpected cancellation of a scheduled, confirmed shuttle.  In these circumstances, refunds will be processed within 48 hours of the cancellation and should be credited to the account used for payment within 5 business days of processing.
